1. Smooth

The working performance and service life of each mechanism of crane largely depends on the smoothness. Smoothness is one of the important contents of the equipment protection and maintenance. The smoothness directly affects the operation and the service life of each mechanism, and also affects the safety production and production efficiency. Therefore, the operators and maintenance personnel should often check the smoothness of the smooth points of the equipment, and make up and replace the smooth agent on time. Smooth maintenance should comply with the criteria: where there is a shaft and hole dynamic coordination, as well as mechanical parts with conflict surface, it is necessary to regularly smooth, because the crane use conditions (utilization rate and use environment, etc.) are different, the smoothness of different parts should be properly mastered according to the specific conditions.

2. Wire rope

Pay attention to the broken wire condition of wire rope. In case of broken wire, broken strand or wear loss reaching the invalid standard, the new rope shall be replaced in time. The steel wire rope that can be selected includes phosphating coating steel wire rope, galvanized steel wire rope and smooth surface steel wire rope.

3. Spreader

The spreader must be checked regularly.

4. Pulley block

First check the wear condition of rope groove, whether the flange is cracked and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft.

5. Wheel

Check the flange and tread regularly, and replace the new wheel when the wear or crack of the flange reaches 10% thickness. When the diameter difference between the two driving wheels on the tread exceeds D / 600, or there are severe scars on the tread, the wheel shall be polished again

6. Brake

Check once per shift. The brake shall act accurately and the pin shaft shall not be stuck. The brake shoe should fit the brake wheel correctly, and the brake shoe gap should be flat when the brake is released.
