1. Wear faster

Due to the influence of processing, equipment and adjustment of new crane machine parts, the conflict appearance is rough, the contact area of cooperation surface is small, and the pressure bearing condition of appearance is uneven. During the operation of the equipment, the concave and convex parts on the surface of the parts collide with each other, and the metal debris grinded down as abrasive will increase the conflict and accelerate the wear of the cooperative surface of the parts. Therefore, during the running in period, the wear of parts and components is short, and the wear speed is fast, so we should pay attention to the maintenance at ordinary times.

2. Poor lubrication

Because the spare parts of the new equipment have small cooperative space, and because of the equipment and other reasons, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the cooperation space. The lubricating oil is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the surface of the conflict to prevent wear. Then, the lubrication efficiency is decreased, and the abnormal wear of the machine parts in the early stage is formed.

3. Loose parts

In the initial stage of application, due to the impact, vibration and other alternating loads, as well as heating, deformation and other factors, coupled with the rapid wear and other reasons, the original fastening parts are slightly loosened. And parts loose will form leakage phenomenon, such as oil leakage.

For newly purchased cranes, some of them are not familiar with the local area. Perhaps the operation is not easy, which may cause some mistakes. New operators are more likely to have these simple problems. Therefore, the new mechanical equipment should be familiar with first, after the running in period, it will be formally put into use.
